When I stopped eating animals any more and started with vegetarian diet first I thought, that I would miss anything. But I did not - just the opposite. There was such an awesome world of food without meat. Now I realize the same when I started with vegan diet. Wow, such great and delicous recipes. With these recipes you never want again ham, sausage and eggs. Thanks for the varied and delicious recipe collection.
There are some people who finds vegetarian as a weird thing. Why? Simply because they don't eat meat. But I strongly disagree, I admire those people who are vegetarian, just thinking that I can't eat steak, Ohhh! It makes me feel crazy. But after reading this book I am reconsidering the option of being a Vegetarian, with all the recipes this book listed I think can make it. I will try it for a week, then a month and lets see what happens then.
I love this book. It has so many recipes about Food Diet.
Because of I like cooking and eating. I think this is appropriate for my diet and it helps for my ideal weight. And not only for my ideal weight but also to my daily diet routine.

I loved the variety of foods this cookbook offered! It has it all - smoothies, pancakes, pop tarts, biscuits & gravy, muffins, and lots more. Seriously, no matter what you're in the mood for, you can most likely find it or something close to it in this recipe book. The recipes call for simple ingredients with clear instructions on how to make each food. If you're looking for a "one stop shop" for vegan breakfast ideas, then this is your book!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet I usually skipped breakfast with the anticipation of a busy day. I would usually think that I can save time if I will not eat breakfast, just grab a coffee and some sandwich on the go but, it is not healthy. And by skipping breakfast I don’t really save some time, instead I put my body in position where it doesn’t have enough energy to last for the day’s work. With this Vegan breakfast recipe, I don’t really have the thought of turning into vegan, but I love the healthy, fast and easy recipes I could prepare for healthy breakfast.
The book has it all. I love all the 50 delicious recipes that will improve someone’s health and make you feel fantastically amazing. Nowadays, people loves to eat meat instead of the healthy ones which is the vegetable. We all know that meat came from the animals, I have watched a video that shows how the people torture and kill animals just to sell it on the market, and at the end of the video it says that we should practice eating more vegetable to reduce the merciless killing of the poor animals. By that time, I feel like eating more vegetable and this book will surely help me because of the delicious recipes. This is perfect.
Eating vegetables is good for your body. Especially with women like me, it is great for our skin, posture and body frame. It is good way of losing weight too. However, this is not enough to appeal to most people. Why? It is because of the taste of the vegetables. On the other hand, if you will cook it properly, anyone can enjoy vegan life. This book makes that possible. It has best recipes to start being vegetarian with easy and quick recipes. Unlike other recipe books though, the recipes are written in a more personal ways - as if you're watching cooking shows. I really like the Indian Crepes since I never heard of it before this book. It provides new variation to my favorite dessert.
